Exchange Policy
As most of our jewellery are handmade, if you happen to receive any faulty or defective items, we are here to help. Please contact us for free repair or exchange within 7 days after receiving the order. We can not exchange earrings due to hygiene reason.The exchange item value needs to be the same value or higher for exchanging.
Return & Refund Policy
We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to our error. Please take a photo of the defective product and send it to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to have proof of the purchase and unused condition. Please return to us as to how you received it. You are required to pay for the postage for exchange or return. If you request for a refund, the cost of shipping can be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us via email for the issue.
